Booked in for a full service - I didn’t catch the name of the chap on reception but he was very polite, welcoming and friendly. He kept me informed about the progress of the car and how long it would take and his interactions with other customers was just delightful. An absolute credit to the team.
I’ve only recently moved to the area and his customer service alone makes me want to use your company again.
