what a customer expects!
I ordered tyres, I was given an appointment time, I turned up at that time, a mechanic was ready and waiting with the correct tyres, he gave me an approximate completion time, I came back at that time, the car was ready, the invoice came to the quoted price, I paid!

Repair of rim overnight
Arranged to fit tyre and it was available when stated. There was a crack discovered in the rim which they arrange repair overnight. Excellent service

Going that extra mile
The staff at Protyre always go that extra mile. There was a bit of an issue with my visit as the wrong valves were delivered but that was not the fault of Protyre and they did all they could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Prices were reasonable and my tyres…
Prices were reasonable and my tyres were fitted quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but the tyre technician broke my handbrake release and didn't have the decency to mention it. Disappointing.
