Great honest service, showed my wife exactly what the problems were.

2 tyres. 1.5 hours.

Staff very friendly and professional, I had booked a time to be changed and everything was ready for me. The price when compared elsewhere was very good.
They gave me honest feedback about my tyres allowing me to plan forward further changes.

There are tyre companies and then you have Protyre,they are the best been going there for a few times now, nothing is to much trouble and they are quick, if the tyre you want is not in, 24 hours and it's there, they are also quick with services, best prices around,

Efficient booking of appointment, helpful staff, convenient location and competitive pricing. In my experience very trustworthy - will tell you if you actually need a new tyre or wait a while longer, alternatively get a puncture repaired, etc.

We took my Volvo V70 in today with a broken exhaust. The original quote was eye watering as it looked like it would need an almost completely new exhaust.
It was explained clearly to us and we were given time to consider our options.
However, with some great leadership from Martin, teamwork and problem solving skills the guys at protyre managed to repair the exhaust using an exhaust sleeve in the space of a couple of hours at a fraction of the original quote. It was agreed that they would try it, they weren't sure if it would work but it did.
I'm so relieved - I need my car for my job so it was important it was repaired promptly and to a high standard.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnstaple Protyre to any friends or family.
They're always polite, quick and conscientious in what they do.
Today's customer service from them is the service I've always received using this garage.
