Poor customer service and availability…
Booked an MOT and it failed which was fair, I fixed the problems within 1 week and called to book a partial retest to be told they had no availability within the 2 week limit. I had to protest to be squeezed in late on a Friday with no other options. The whole conversation came across as abrupt and Rude which I did not appreciate.

Wrong date
I got the booking date wrong and had failed to turn up on the right day. But when I went in the Friday , which was the day I’d thought I’d booked the staff and manager were very helpful and managed to squeeze me in and change my tyres for me.

As always, they were ready to help on time,gave me an accurate indication of how long it would take. Was able to pay online,got a good deal on 4 tyres and my invoice was waiting in my inbox by the time I got home. Fast clean efficient service as always.
