Great service and customer service

Having picked up a flat tyre at Stansted, we reflated and took it to Stortford Performance Tyres (Protyre) to get it checked for damage. We were warmly greeted and the car wheel/tyre were checked extensively. Just a nail was the issue and the tyre was mended for a nominal fee. But waiting for the result, it was notable how many customers came in and praised the team; clearly there is a real sense of trust at Protyre (whome we had never used before) and the staff clearly know their stuff and communicate issues well.

always accurate and attentive staff and a good service but I had to wait a while as were short staffed on the day. Its a shame there are no extra options like valve service etc available when buying tyres from a third party and fitting at protyre but its still a good branch

Easy and efficient very good service

Protyre bishop's stortford can't fault them booked aircon regas on line so simple ,took it in 20 mins early they took it straight in and within half hour it was done ,the guy at the dest was polite funny and helpful and the guy who done the regas was polite happy and professional,and they done a complimentary health check in the car . Highly recommend bishop's stortford protyre👍👍👍

Had 4 new tyres on my Land Rover and really pleased with the quality of service. The guys were very busy and doing there best to keep everyone happy.

I’ve used them twice. The first time to check if my tyre needed replacing, they fixed it for £30. The second time they did my brake pads in no time. They look after the car.

I recently took my car for a Gold Service and an MOT at Protyre Bishop's Stortford. The service was impeccable! Staff there were so friendly helpful, even helping me to make the booking via their own pc!

Professional service. Booked and paid MOT online. Dropped car, immediately inspected, ready to collect in 45 minutes. Good value for tyres. Never get the feeling I am being ripped off like other places in the area.
