Protyre Autocare - Bournemouth Reviews 

Took a slow puncture in. It was a cracked rim not the tyre & was recommended sureweld (who were excellent & did the work same day without booking!)
Protyre didn’t take tyre off so I had to return to them and then back to the welder. Anyway, got a replacement tyre ordered (sidewall was perished). Returned the wheel to protyre but tyre hadn’t come in. Accepted next day.
Next day (Friday) I had the busiest day of my life (paid off mortgage, divorce and that kinda stuff) and by the end of the day thought to myself ‘protyre haven’t called about my wheel!’.
Anyway, it’s Saturday and after a busy morning in Poole, I drove to Protyre and asked why I’ve not been phoned to advise of my wheel/tyre.
‘Oh yeah, it’s done’.
So frustrating and nothing like the service I’ve come to expect from this branch… the usual front desk manager wasn’t there so not sure if he’s away or has left the business?
Anyway the fella gave me £20 off as goodwill, but I’m still really dissatisfied with the whole affair!
Nowhere near good enough and £20 isn’t enough to deter me from a bad review I’m afraid.

Very polite and friendly staff and the car felt that it had a service

I got a puncture during work hours and I googled nearest tire shop and found protyre were nearest in charminster . I rang in a panic and was calmed by Ayrton , he said that I can drive slowly to the shop which I did. He knew I was panicked because I’m in the middle of a busy day of meetings , so he bumped me to the top of the queue , he had the tyre I needed and after a quick lesson on how to add foam to a flat tyre in the future o was ready to go, and I made it to my meeting on time in Southampton .. I could not thank him enough. He’s a great guy and I was really grateful to him for saving my day ! I will from now on be a loyal customer of protyre , thanks to the customer service and skills of your staff member Ayrton ( hope I’m spelling that right )

Great service, a great job, and even greater value for money!

The man who served me was honest, polite, friendly and very helpful. He gave me intel on my car I didn’t know. I have forgotten his name but he is at the branch once every two weeks and drives a nice BMW.

You should give him a pay rise he is an absolute credit to your company!

Quick effective service nothing was too much trouble; I explained the situation and the guys just hit on with it; unlike my AUDI dealership

Great customer service from Ayrton and Jake at charminster procure. They identified the problem swiftly and resolved the issue immediately. Have booked to have my tyres replaced in 3 weeks time . Job well done

Booked for 9.30 am not enough staff so had to wait. When refitting wheel completely cover tyre valve with wheel trim (which bolts on with wheel nuts) so had to go back to have that corrected, and when they corrected it they had not replaced my speciality valve cap, but fortunately found it when I complained

They are quick great at what they do. Scot the manager is very efficient. Also good prices & very reliable.
