Booked air con refill online for Carlisle Kingstown Branch. Arrived at allotted slot, car taken straight away to have the gas replaced.
Sorted and refund in just over 30+ minutes. Staff very friendly and air con 100% colder than it was.

Poor Time keeping
Made booking for a MoT turned up on time and told it would take 1 hour.
Returning after 1 hour, the car had just started the MoT and we waited another hour before it was ready
If we have to make appointments then please stick to the times agreed

booked a time slot- 8-30, when I arrived I was told 8-30 was a drop off time and not a fixed start time work started on time after complaining , otherwise all O.K

Booking process easy and price…
Booking process easy and price reasonably competitive. On the day it took a very long time beyond appointed time to start the job. 2 of 3 advisories were spurious and motivation behind them questionnable (E.g. Brake discs worn at 3000miles). Will avoid in future.

Despite it being the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend and being a walk in the lads were brilliant and had two new tyres fitted in jig time. Excellent service, friendly and efficient team and a half decent freebie coffee! Thanks guys.

Mot, and brake fluid change
Booking online, good price, and kept informed, initially was told a lower foglight was not working, but when I got there to collect car, they had got it working, some garages would have wanted to fit a replacement.
