Service was good
Service was good, not too long waiting and fitters were helpful in answering questions. Online prices not always the same as third party suppliers but branch will usually match so I call for a personal service

Easy to book online, clear costs outlined on website. Polite service.
It was easy to book the service and MOT online and payment was made at the time of booking. It was all done on the day and was as expected with no hidden surprises and I got a call when it was ready. My only issue was the timing I booked was 10.30 and expected about three hours for the MOT + Service, per the online instruction, but when I turned up (early) I was told my car would be MOT'd at 12.30 and so wouldn't be available til 4 pm, which affected my plans. Steve the manager has subsequently rung and apologised as this has highlighted a problem with the online booking system which they will address for future bookings. He was very sympathetic and it clearly shows that their customers matter, so I'll be happy to book again

After being let down on an appointment with Kwik-shit I called pro tyre chippenham in a desperate situation. Couldn’t be more helpful. Told to go to branch straight away, politely greeted, instantly sorted and a great choice of tyres. I won’t now be going anywhere else
