Used Protyre Chippenham many times now…
Used Protyre Chippenham many times now and always a great service every time.
Unfortunately this last occasion I booked via phone and apparently spoke directly to HQ as opposed to the Chippenham branch which was fine but when I turned up for the 15:30 appointment on that day I hadn’t actually been booked in by HQ & the guys at the Chippenham branch weren’t expecting me but to their credit they put me a new tyre on anyway. The tyre I asked for was a Bridgestone Potenza and when I got home realised it was a Bridgestone Turanza that had been fitted and not the Potenza I had asked for. Had this not happened would of been a 5star review as usual.

Fast on-time tyre replacement at a competitive price.
A couple niggles:
- as a walk-in customer, none of the offers were available, so I had to book on-line for a later time-slot.
- I could only pre-book front wheel alignment (50% off), but had to pay full-price at site for rear wheels.

Everything was okay
Everything was okay. Sam the fitter did a great job. Fitted and balanced 4 tyres at a good pace and professionally.
Even offered me a free wheel alignment check which I took advantage of, on this occasion the alignment was all okay thankfully. Well done Sam, a credit to the company.

I took my car into chippenham i was…
I took my car into chippenham i was very impressed with Luke who helped me with my car and was very knowledgeable about every thing i asked about the car and he explained everything to me in a way i could understand it ... since then i have taken my car back to chippenham a few times purely because of the service i got from Luke everytime i visited chippenham ( i did not realise i could write on here and leave a review and have just found out i could do this )
