Great experience here…
Great experience here for a service and MOT. Really friendly staff and super helpful. I got a full report for my service and a quote for my recommendations from my MOT. They were also super quick and made me feel at ease when I was sat in the waiting area with a fussy baby.

Really helpful at Stratton
Really helpful at Stratton, went above and beyond to try and get a tyre for our Caravan. When he couldn’t get one until the next day, we camped overnight in Devizes and he arranged for us to have tyre changed there.

I arrived on time to a friendly welcome…
I arrived on time to a friendly welcome in the office. Drove into the service bay and left for a meeting with friends. An hour and a bit later I returned to a job well done. Nothing out of place in the car and 4 new tyres. No issues with pressures or balancing and a trip days later to Wales in horrendous weather made me appreciate even more the good work carried out at Protyre. Well done guys, much appreciated.

They try to fail MOT on your car.
Failed the car on MOT because 1 clip of of a plastic trim on the door had unclipped. Failed for a Major Defect: body work componant insecure.
The other 8 clips were secure and the bodywork was not coming off.
My wife pushed the clip back in with one hand - a qualified MOT tester definitely could have done the same thing

Great price and great staff
Great price and great staff, i booked a slot and got in early and they thanked me for that as they finished the one before early and had a lot of tyres to do due to pot holes and punchers and so they got mine in early.
