Been using them for years, great service every time. Sorted out my wheel alignment perfectly.

Good price for tyres online and easy to book a slot. Only loses one star because despite booking a timed slot, there was a long wait as they were so busy. They also couldn't do the free tracking check because they were so busy. If you book a time, you do kind of expect that slot to be honoured...

Simple booking and some great advice given on what tyres were best for our vehicle & mileage. We’ve used this company a few times in recent years and their service has been exceptional every time. Really approachable team who can’t do enough for you. Simply the best.

Bought 4 tyres online, took 2 days as on appointment tyres were not there. :) Got the wheels to them in a taxi as 2 of the wheels had no tyres at all.

Despite having the wheels with them for a full day, the order in front of them all day long...they decided they won't fit the tyres on the wheel because these are different size.

For future reference V Class has 19" with 235 45 19 or 245 45 19 , basic knowledge.

Pure retardium really.
1. The wheel didn't fit the taxi they were transported with a taxi :)
2. Even if they were fitted on the taxi ...that would be standard size for 19" wheels on a V Class... ( absolut retardium)
3. These guys started to tell me about tyres and security reasons like they wanted to do an MOT :)

People, I brought to you 4 tyres in the back of a van, I needed the tyres on and take them back in same van. How f geniuses you must be to say no after 2 days?

Let alone the fitter asked me which pressure sensor goes on which wheel...
Ffs, it doesn't matter, sensors are detected and registered according to the side an rear/front after 5 minutes drive. This is basic knowledge...
When he asked me...I was like, wtf?

Or was just Friday and laziness kicked in and they tried to find an excuse. : l
One of them said even that they trued a tyre and it is stretched. This is laughable really, no paste on tyres or wheels, none.
Absolut liars.

V Class on 19" wheels had same size. Unbelievable ignorant people.

Went in for front tyres to be changed, was given a slot, when I got there, I asked if they could do my discs and pads as well, they said yes and got me in the next day, gave me a call to update me, went and picked it up in the afternoon with no hassle

Swift and extremely polite service. I always use Protyre if I need a tyre quickly. Waiting room a lot smarter than it used to be but same excellent service.

Had booked online as needed some new tyres following an MOT. The guy on reception was professional and dealt with me courteously and the car was returned to me by the technician who was also polite and professional. I’ve used this company on several occasions and have always been dealt with perfectly.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Tyres ordered late afternoon and fitted the following morning which meant we could go on our caravan holiday by lunchtime as planned.
