Excellent service from the Marsh Barton branch at very short notice. Managed to squeeze us in after we had a flat tyre and we were back on the road with a brand new tyre within an hour.

The guys behind the counter were amazing I think 3 of them plus the boss were brilliant with me can’t speak highly enough about them ,,, also sorted my tyres !!!!!

Paid for two tyres on line to be fitted at the depot that I have done several times before . When I dropped the bike off about 10 mins later I had a phone call and asked to pay extra £60 fitting charge. When I asked why they said there was a ongoing IT problem and it wasn't charged online so I replied if that's the case why haven't you sorted the problem rather than keep selling tyres and asking people to pay extra when they arrived .

Always cheerful and helpful. They understand motorcycles and fit and balance properly.

Just had some motorcycle tyres fitted today, been using this branch now for a few years, Chris and the team are always very welcoming and very helpful.

They fixed a puncture and were helpful . However they added £5.00 to the bill as an environmental charge for disposal of a tyre. When I questioned this they said that it was company policy to charge everyone for disposal of an old tyre even if the tyre just need a repair. I have referred this to Trading Standards as I’m pretty sure you cannot routinely charge customers for a service they do not receive. Beware…. dodgy practices.

Booked in and paid for a battery change via the website. Apparently the website gave me some iffy information and I’d ordered the wrong battery for my car. Fortunately the team identified the correct battery needed and fitted it no issues and I was back on the road again in no time.
