Tbh i get very anxious before an MOT because i always think about if it fails how much is it going to cost 🙄 but Protyres always help in every single way if it ever does

I booked my car in for a service and MOT. It failed the MOT and needed a fair bit of work in order to pass. At every stage I was kept updated and informed of costs. Ross and his team worked incredibly hard to keep the costs down, which was such a relief. Ross was very polite and personable and I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated.

The team contacted me after I had issues with my air-conditioning. While a specific fault was not found, it could not be fixed, but I was kept informed all the way by Craig, and I know he tried his best to fix it.
