Good service with not too long a wait. Slightly disappointing that one tyre was missing a dust cover and the tyre pressures were uneven on the front wheels

Straight forward on line booking. I could choose date and time convenient to me. Polite staff, all completed promptly.

Friendly and professional staff as always. Ross was especially helpful in getting my car in the evening before off the tow truck and keeping it in the workshop. As always pricing is competitive. Have been using Protyre Exeter for many years.

The team overcame many challenges on a difficult day and got my car back on the road.

They were aware that as a volunteer driver for a local charity I had an urgent need to take a patient to hospital.

Fair price, good service, helpful staff

Help given without a booked appointment. Called on the off chance of getting front wheels balanced. Whilst busy offered to help within next 75 minutes. I went for a walk and all sorted within that time.

Had a puncture, fitted the space saver and popped in to Protyre on the way home, chap behind the desk could not have been more helpful and friendly, even apologising that they could not do it immediately. Car was booked in for midday the next day and was done in 45 mins. I waited in the reception rather than walk home and back again and I was very impressed with how everyone who came in was treated. I would highly recommend this place and it is now my autocare provider of choice :-)

Excellent service. I've used Protyre Exeter for the past few years. Without exception staff have always been so polite, helpful and straightforward. Everything is explained clearly and potential issues that require attention at the next service are raised without any pressure.

Very helpful and professional

As usual a good experience. Polite and efficient staff, problem dealt and car returned without any delay. No complaints.

Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had the front tracking checked and the staff member showed me results of the rear tracking and whilst there was not pressure applied I chose to have that adjusted as well.

I was also advised the track rod ends were worn and should be changed before next MOT - again no pressure to have it done here.
