It was a disaster this time......
It was a disaster this time.......none of the usual staff were available. Problems with MOT which I was told would cost me approx £500 to fix. I paid for bronze service and MOT online and was given the choice to pay or receive rebate for service which was not attempted and go elsewhere. I chose to go elsewhere and was assured the rebate would come through the same channel by which I originally paid.....I am still waiting!!
At this time I am £174.90 out of pocket..........so much for the good customer service!!!!!

My appointment was booked with Protyre…
My appointment was booked with Protyre as they have been great in the past however this time the whole appointment was a chaotic disaster. There was clearly a staffing problem so I was told there would be a delay in fitting but over an hour to fit two tyres is beyond belief and then they couldn’t fit in doing tracking!!!I was informed the induction heater was damaged but wasn’t this known about before my appointment.

Protyre don’t value your business
Called to order a pair of motorcycle tyres for me to collect in the car, as I was not ready to fit them to the bike just yet. A message relayed from the branch manager was that this is not permitted and they would only fit to the bike or to loose wheels taken in! Obviously business in a tough climate and my future custom is not important to them. I’ll go over the road to Chris Mullens Tyres.
