Very good service
It was good to call in at their site on Holton Heath about replacing two tyres, and speak to a real person instead of having to do everything online. It was very good service, booked in for the following day and the work was done at a reasonable price. There was a problem a couple of days later when an electronic alarm came up on the screen, it was dealt with quickly and I was shown how to solve this issue in future. I can highly recommend them.

Two different managers quoted two…
Two different managers quoted two prices for the same job.
Rest room has mags for men but surely women have flat tyres too. Had to call to see if my tyre was in and was told it was booked for fitting at 10.30. If I hadn’t phoned I wouldn’t have known this.
I’m a long standing customer of Cribb Tyres.

Manager and team all lovely. I made an error on my tyre booking and they sorted it no problem. slow puncture on way to work …
Found I had slow puncture on way to work, pro tyre was on route. I arrived 7am, had to wait until they opened at 8.30 staff arrived at 8, and new tyre was required and promptly fitted.
Drove onwards to work at 8.36!
Great fast efficient service.
