had a fantastic experience at Protyre in Ilkley. I went in because a warning light had come on in my car, and they managed to diagnose and fix the issue on the same day. The whole process was incredibly efficient.
What really stood out was the level of communication. When I went to pick up my car, they actually brought out the broken part and showed me exactly what had gone wrong. No garage has ever done that for me before, and it gave me real confidence in the work they’d done.
A special shoutout to Ryan, who handled everything from start to finish. He was absolutely amazing — polite, easy to talk to, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout. I honestly can’t fault him.
Highly recommend Pro Tyres Ilkley. Efficient, transparent, and genuinely helpful.
