I had an appointment at 10 am to have one tyre fitted. Arrived at 9.55 and eventually left at 11.35!! Price was good but one hour and thirty minutes to have one tyre fitted. I won’t be using Protyre again

Good price, long queue
The price was good but I booked an 11am appointment but wasn't seen until 50 minutes later due to a big queue with people that hadn't booked.

Annoyingly Slow with a booked appointment
Paid online for the tires and wheel alignment and was given appointment time of 10:30 and was told on the email to be there in good time. I arrived at least 15 mins early. At 10:55 (25 mins after the appointment that they told me to be on time for) I reached the front of the queue at the tires, I was then directed to go around and join the queue for the Wheel Alignment ! Once done the cars that were behind me were then in front. When the car was ready I asked the chap on reception why it had happened and he said "don't know" and looked back down at his screen.

Very slow service
Very slow service, was there for about 90 minutes to replace one tyre, not busy plenty of tyre fitters in attendance but seemed to be sitting around chatting. Took 20mins to check what the torque setting was for the wheel bolts!!.Have been coming here for 30 years but maybe not anymore.

All the members of staff were helpful & I was sorted quickly &sent on my way with a repaired tyre

2 hours wait to have two rear tyres…
2 hours wait to have two rear tyres fitted to a standard Honda car, which were pre- ordered and paid for. Appointment booked for 1pm but nothing done for an hour.
Tyres fitted correctly and well balanced but the delay was excessive.
Whilst there, a customer said to a staff member in front of me, ‘what’s happened to this place, it used to be cheap and quick’
The staff member replied ‘that’s what you get when Management put people on minimum wage’.
Micheldever tyres has a great stock but the staff are worked hard.

Extremely helpful quick and and efficient. Took car early for MoT - 2 tyres fixed then. MoT showed other two needed new - done; and new number plate produced within the hour. Tom and colleagues much to be commended.

Had my alignment done
Service was brilliant, i took my road car in and let the guy doing the alignment know i intended to take the car to the track. The setup was really good thanks to the technician that did the work. on previous track days i had destroyed my tyres but now they sit flat on the track. Thank you Micheldever, ill definitely be back

I always deal with this company as it does good work for my vehicle and my motorcycle. regretably they will not work on motorcycle tyres anymore. They seemed short of competent staff. told a few had left because of poor pay. I find this sad, always had good service in the past.

I booked, paid on the website.
I booked on the website, choose my tyres and time slot. Great price. But booking a slot made no difference, which I thought it would. I was on site for 1hr 45 mins. Joined the que which was only 3 cars but still had to take my turn even after booking a time slot. I was under the impression that doing it all on the website would have made it a quick turnaround as it was a Tuesday. A bit disappointed as my family and myself have used Micheldever Tyrs since they started with their small shed next to the pub back in the 70s.
