Excellent, prompt service.
Difficult to contact by phone but excellent service in person. Went above snd beyond to help solve a problem. Completed both jobs in record time. Probably why it is difficult to get hold of them by telephone.

Rapid sourcing and fitting

I booked through black circles and was…
I booked through black circles and was seen to straight away at appointed time.
The staff were very obliging and gave me good advice about checking wheel nut torque after 100 miles or so.
I would fully recommend and will definitely use again

The manager was friendly
The manager was friendly. Booking was easy. I usually use their website booking service but as I paid by Groupon I couldn’t access the code so had to phone.
I would say that the MOT tester chap was not the friendliest, he’s a man of little words! But it wouldn’t put me off going back for next year’s test! Plus it passed!!

Great service again from the Mold team. I’ve been a customer for the past two years & they’ve always made time to check out my car and offer advice (& fix) on few occasions it’s developed a fault. Have just had MOT done (passed) and service still excellent.
