First off - it was an easy walk to the tyre centre. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - especially when trying to find a better deal for me and the correct tyre. Would highly recommend!

Speed, Quality, and Transparency
I had 2 rather urgent problems with my car about 3 weeks apart and the centre resolved both issues with incredible professionalism, speed, and most importantly quality. They were extremely transparent from the beginning on the time frames (both only took 1 day), and the price with labour included leaving no hidden costs. The second visit, I requested 3 MOT failures to be fixed and they recommended fixing the advisories too, being completely transparent that I may even fail again on the advisories if they were not resolved too. This led to around 7 problems which all needed completing. Sadly they missed one, however, they were incredibly apologetic and due to my rather unusual distance from the centre they got me an appointment at a more convenient location within the next day to solve the problem. The customer service and product quality I cannot fault at all, it is by far the best garage I have used.

Very friendly, efficient and responsive service. I was about to head off on a two hour drive to see family when I noticed my tyre was going flat. I didn’t want to miss out but it wasn’t safe to drive. Protyre sorted it quickly and I was on my way!

Ask them to check your tyre pressures when finished
They did my tracking front and back, swapped front tyres to back and put on new ones at the front. That was all done well and promptly. However, they never checked the tyre pressures and all 4 tyres have widely differing pressures - from 32 to 38.

The service was polite and swift. I hadn’t made an appointment yet they fit in a repair for me in short order. The re branded premises looks great and reception area and toilet were clean and very tidy.
