Genuine Team and Amazing Service
Mike and Lee were amazing. I needed a tyre to be swapped out urgently as I needed to travel North. The tyre was ordered and the supplier sent the wrong tyre. Mike and Lee could not do enough to get me a replacement that AM which they did. They truly went out of their way to get it sorted that morning which they did. They were aware of my family emergency in the North and pulled out all the stops to assist. They truly were genuine and put my situation first. I recommend them over anywhere else. Great team that care. Thank you.

Test didn’t work
Had an air con test and they said it was fine, so regassed it. But it only worked an hour so took it back in and they said it was leaking (which is the point of the test to check this!).
They were kind to refund but a lot of wasted time and diesel etc

Trying to upsell to a vulnerable female
Two garages said slight play but not needed to be done straight away
The car had been serviced the day before but I went to another garage to ask them they both said it’s fine
It’s not the way to do business if you want repeat customers.

As usual, if you arrive without a booking, they can sometimes fit you in. Service is very prompt. On this visit, I thought the Air Conditioning re-gas (R134a) was expensive compared to the previous year.
