Called into the New Milton branch and asked for 2 new tyres on my Dodge Ram. I thought it might take time to find them as they are large off road type but was told they would be there next day. Called back next day and after 45 mins they were on. Pleasant staff

Had I not had to wait until 10:30 for a 9:30 appointment this would have been 5 stars. Staff were very good but under resourced, hence the wait. Would have been better had they contacted me to rearrange the time.

Why bother with booking appts
Booked appointment for 10:30 a.m. for front tires to be replaced. Don't know why an appointment system was in place as it seemed that whenever anybody showed up they were just slotted in. I was still waiting for my car at 12:30 after being told that they were only running 15 minutes late.
Staff were pleasant but that's a ridiculous wait
