Guys at Poulton le fylde were great. Your website is misleading stating you can have a ride in ride out service for motor bike tyres. You cant. I paid for this service, however I was reimbursed the cost at a later date.

Great service. I waited and was told it would be an hour. My regas was done in 45 minutes. Will definitely use again.

The guy who looked after me really knew his stuff, loosened all my wheel nuts too, I couldn’t shift them and we are off to France next week.

Issue not solved. Had to go in as they never seem to answer the phone. Asked for a 4 wheel alignment, explained the problem. £50 later, They only did the front axel, leaving the rear out which was miles out of alignment. Went back in to request another alignment. Said I would get a call back a couple of days later. Never got the phone call. Issue resolved elsewhere.

From the moment I booked my appointment online to the visit in the garage, everything went smoothly. I had my air conditioning fixed. The garage has a nice waiting room with delicious coffee. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you.

The booking in for a service and discovered that sparks needed changing also. So with the extra surprise I left my lady to be treated to new oil etc. on collection I found that oil had ingresses into the cab of the vehicle. After immediate attention and clean of the vehicle, I managed to get the cab back to clean! I phoned and told the manager about the issue who refunded the cost of the product.

I’ve had tyres fitted previously, and this time it was for Air Con Gas Recharge. On both occasions the service was excellent, I have nothing but praise about the level of service I received.

Always offer a great price on an MOT and the new coffee machine at the Poulton branch is a winner!!

Really helpful and considerate staff. I was extremely worried as I had an emergency red light on my dashboard,indicating overheating on engine temperature . I drove straight to Protyre (I am an existing customer) and received courteous, professional help. My car was repaired the same day. Excellent professional service.
