Booked in for 10am for two front tryes…
Booked in for 10am for two front tryes i arrived 15mins early didnt put my car on ramp till 10.45 then it sat there another 15 mins till they started replacing tyres when i asked whats taking so long they blamed the condition of my wheels being corroded even though they didnt start the job till gone 11.00am it is now gone 12.00 and they have just started putting my wheels back on

My MOT was failed by them for a…
My MOT was failed by them for a headlamp beam being too high. Took my car to another company which they diagnosed adjusted and rectified within minutes. Not sure why this could not have been done at the time of the MOT.
