They were helpful as i booked my mot and service there was a glitch for some reason unknown reason my booking got cancelled but luckily i had some evidence that it was booked, so they kept my car and still done the mot and service that, so i was very happy that they could do that for me, definitely 10 out of 10

Booking went well through Blackcircles, booking instructions state to arrive 10 minutes before appointment, I arrived 18 minutes before appointment and was told abruptly "Your appointment is not until 9am so they won't be working on your car until then" I think the reception person should probably be doing something else

MOT was failed for CV boots and cracked…
MOT was failed for CV boots and cracked windscreen. This ended up in being a new driveshaft as they didn’t call me and make me aware they cut it off. Just did it without my authorisation. Mot tester was very rude and didn’t like me asking for more information regarding the windscreen. Was very abrupt and voice was raised throughout entire conversation.
Made me feel very intimidated. Think his name is M Savage.
Will be appealing my MOT. Went to another reputable garage instead which passed my vehicle. Had to pay through the nose for poor service and poor communication. Manager was on holiday at the time so no one senior in at the time. Will not be using taunton protyre for any future mot or repairs.

Had a availability when I needed
Had a availability when I needed as I had a blow out on one tyre near Taunton and needed all doing due to this. £350 for 4 new tyres im from the midlands so was surprised at the price as i would pay £200 for 4 new tyres 😅. The guy on reception was amazing, very helpful and friendly.
