Friendly customer service is very well preserved . Simple and clear communication. Job has been done at perfect timing.

First visit to your site . Very impressive as well . Staff were awesome , A lovely place to sit and wait for my vehicle , even has free coffee . Very very clean as well and that includes the toilet .

The front desk person couldnt raise a smile no eye contact, zero personality and no manners. Surely you ask a customers name with please at the end. I was then questioned as to why i bought only one tyre. Really! Thats my business. I know all the reasons for buying 2 together etc etc.
What if i had financial difficulties through a bereavement? Clearly no thought of how that might affect a customer.
I suggested he buys the second tyre if he feels rude enough to question my purchase. Perhaps its to increase sales.
I know China has robots but didnt they had arrived here yet. Im wrong again.
I wont be returning.

Although they had lost the booking reference(computer glitch), they made time and space to accommodate our needs on the day. They were friendly and courteous and everything was completed within the agreed time.

Fantastic customer service from Dave and exceptional value for money as usual.

Recently took our car to Protyre Taunton for a service and MOT. We were advised that additional suspension work was needed, which we agreed to, but unfortunately the car now seems to drive worse than before and still has the original creaking issue, along with a new clunking noise that wasn’t present previously.

There was also confusion with the paperwork as we were initially given another customer’s MOT certificate. When we returned to collect the correct one and ask about the ongoing issues, the experience was disappointing. The staff member on the front desk was dismissive, blunt and unhelpful when we tried to explain our concerns.

Another confusing point was that advisories mentioned verbally during the original visit didn’t appear on the MOT certificate we were later given.

Mistakes can happen, but overall the customer service and handling of the situation left us with very little confidence. Better experience initially but let down when returning to resolve issues. Sadly we won’t be returning.

Quick and efficient service, Tracking was checked and adjusted very quickly. Report's on tracking, tyres and even brake ware.

Overall, I had a good experience. However, I felt that the receptionist did not explain things clearly to me, while I noticed that other customers were given more detailed explanations.

As all payments were made in advance, I believe customers should receive the same level of attention and professionalism. My suggestion would be to improve customer service and communication to ensure all customers feel equally valued and informed.
