Service and staff are lovely

purchase and fitting of a new tyre was done promptly.

I have recently made 2 visits to Protyre Northwich, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, they managed to fit me in on both visits which was unexpected but super helpful. They were polite, friendly and professional on each visit. There was great coffee available and the waiting area was comfortable and enjoyable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

This is my go too garage, always had great service. Sad to hear Steve has moved on to another centre, that will be their gain. However 5*s, Gemma is always upbeat and pleasant.

Nothing is too much trouble and lovely staff all round. They helped me find the right individual parts online to buy so I didn’t need a full suspension replacement and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

A positive experience which was almost perfect. Like almost every tyre fitting service the tyre pressures were not set to manufacture pressures. Actual were 38 and 40 psi front (should be 35 psi) and rear 40 and 40 psi(should be 38psi). A little more attention to detail and it would have been a perfect 5*

Easy online booking. MOT carried out promptly and efficiently. Courteous and helpful reception staff.

Air-con re gas booked in 3pm out by 3.40pm job done and sorted, no problem. Ladies in reception don't mess about and being disabled supplied me with a coffee, comfy seat by a table near to a wash room. And I’d be hard pressed to find a better price for the service provided. Thank you PRO TYER TEAM

Managed to get an appointment at short notice (next day), then turned up early and they squeezed me in even earlier than I'd booked. All work done to my satisfaction, and they were happy for me to wait and work in reception.

I booked online for ac service and got 25% off with online offer . Nice lady phoned me and offered to get me in earlier if it was convenient for me , it was .
Very helpful and professional service, free coffee too .

Third time ive used them for ac service over last few years. Just changed car n wanted it serviced so thats why used protyre again.

Nice pleasant welcome, appointment sorted for next morning 1st thing. Puncture all done within 30 minutes. Brilliant.

All the staff are courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Service and MOT’s completed within the time scheduled.

Polite and efficient service

Feel like since it has changed hands that it has just become a money making machine. They quoted over £500 for work they said needed doing and managed to get it done for £220. They are a rip off and won't be using again!
