Overall service
Although this is not partly CIPPS fault but I would like to give my overall opinion from the start to where we are now with my claim. During lockdown which has been now for over 3 months and desperately need the funds ASAP. First of all the application was delayed by over 10 days to change from CROPS to CiPPS because the form was incorrect. Then when the form was corrected on the CROPS side it was sent from stm to you. However the details on the CIPPS form was incorrect as the gender was claimed as a female in which it should have been male. The overall experience has been a terrible one with no sense of urgency from your part. My adviser told me it would take 6 to 7 weeks for the whole process and to transfer my money in this period. It has been a total mess up to now as I applied for the process to begin on 19 th July 2021. It has been 6 weeks already and I’ve been told it could be another 4 weeks only as an estimate to when I finally get my transfer through.
I owe the hotel money for rent and am in great danger of being thrown out on to the streets. PLEASE BE AS QUICK AS YOU CAN TO PROCESS MY TRANSFER

PSG, a trustee you can actually rely on!
More and more so over I have found it harder and harder to deal with trustees. As somebody who always puts clients first I expect the same from a trustee, unfortunately, this is not often the case. PSG thankfully are different, quick to respond and efficient to process anything they deserve the title trustee. With clients depending on their pensions it is nice to know that with PSG they are in safe hands.

This company just sent me an e-mail…
This company just sent me an e-mail saying it contained my P60. I opened the attachment and it contained several P60s of people I had never heard of. Of course each certificate contained their National Insurance Numbers. Major data / privacy breach which I alerted them to. To date.........silence from them and i am scared that they sent my NI number to someone who can steal my money.....
