Quality traditional laundry rack. There were a few details that could have been more obvious on the website but which were there when we went back and checked, such as the cord having a nylon core, the pulley wheels being plastic not metal and delivery timescales. But having said that the guarantee reassures us that this will last and it's sturdy so far so overall happy.

Fantastic clothes horse! The quality is amazing - very solid and weighty. I used to own a rather flimsy one and there is no comparison! I recommend this produce and Pullymaid very highly

Our ageing hanging dryer reached end of life and I looked online for a replacement. Pulley Maid looked good value so I ordered a set. Very impressed with the website experience - placed order and received confirmation email. Received a confusing tracking email from a third party about them not being able to pick up the package. So I emailed Pulley Maid to ask them to follow up. Got a response from them within 24 hours and delivery was on time. So, impressive customer service too. Instructions are simple to follow and the metal ends and wooden slats are more robust than our old one. So all in all, a pleasant shopping experience and a quality product.

Really Well made product, the one that was in my cottage when I bought it in 1985, had just broke, ( the rope snapped and the metal end broke on hitting the tiled floor! ) Saw the Pulley Maid ones and it is a perfect replacement, and if it lasts as long , I can’t complain 🤣 Great service and delivery too

What a great, space-saving, drying rack. I love this design. It makes the most of a small utility area and sits tidily above a radiator. It is well made and arrived in a timely fashion. The wood was untreated and so we applied a few coats of wood hardener to protect the frame from the damp clothing. Really happy with this product and the service.

I am very happy - it was easy to communicate - via email only, no phone number -and I quickly got a reply. My order was immediately acknowledged, and the money taken. I heard nothing for just over two weeks, when it arrived. It was in perfect conditions, and the builders were able to quickly instal it. It works well: easy to use, very effective, takes little space - I understand how it works and it looks good.

Pulleymaid were great to deal with, sending me a second set of laths after I ordered the wrong length ones. The pulley itself is great quality with very good instructions on how to fit it. I’d certainly recommend Pulleymaid and use them again in the future. Top marks from me!

Ordered new rope and wooden slats. The present ones have lasted 14 years. They arrived very quickly and were well packed. It would have been helpful if fitting instructions were provided with the new rope.

I echo what other recent reviewers have suggested, if I had the choice of zero star rating or lower, that would be my selection. Goods never delivered. Refund not forthcoming. Rude messages. Refusal to raise a formal complaint in line with their companies complaints procedure - this is a statutory obligation. This has been denied. Refusal to escalate my concern. I have since ordered the same goods from another company who delivered forthwith.

I ordered a double drying rack back in July. After no delivery information was received I emailed 3 times before receiving a reply, to be told the item was out of stock and due beginning is August.
I still don’t have delivery date just get promises of delivery etc with very sporadic email replies. Waited now over a week for a response and emailed yesterday again. Very poor customer service and no contact number. Have asked for refund but no reply

The team went out of their way to answer a question I had about the installation as this time (I had one at my last house) the orientation is different. With both email and a call. Thank you 🙏 it’s all installed and been appreciated already!

I bought a clothes airer from Pulleymaid less than two years ago thinking I was buying a quality beechwood item that would last me for many years. Unfortunately, it has gradually fallen apart in the months that I've had it, to the point where all the dowel rods have fallen out and I can no longer use it. I have tried advising the company of this and sent a photo of the collapsed item (which they asked me to send) but I was then accused of taking it to pieces myself! I'm not impressed and I'm sorry I bothered to write informing them of the issue.

We were sent 6 rails instead of 5 for our pulleymaid. We didn’t think this would be an issue until we fitted and and realised that they were too small. If the pulleymaid was not completely horizontal they slipped out…one hit me on my cheek bone. I have tried contacting the company, but there is no telephone number listed. I contacted directory enquiries and was charged over £7 to get a number that didn’t work. I then emailed twice and have had no response.

Excellent wooden clothes pegs from Pulleymaid. They are relatively expensive but they are really well made and robust. They should have a long life. I would recommend them without hesitation.

So pleased with the quality of our Pulleymaid. Delivery was quick and installation so easy. Would recommend this company and use again.
