When my partner and his sister told me about Pure Cremation I thought it was a great idea. From childhood, when my best friend died of leukemia, I’ve had a horror of going to a funerals, and don’t want to inflict it on anyone else. Far better to leave the happy memories intact, and I think Pure Cremation allows you to do that.
I’m not good with computers, but everything was só easy that I soon got things organised. The leaflets are clear, and you can pick up the phone and chat to someone if you need help.

Everyone was so caring and helpful and answered honestly any questions I had about what happen.

Just paid for our funeral's. With Pure Cremation And was helped to do this by Chris Brown. Was so helpful and there was no rush. Answered all my questions. And believe me there were a few . Money back if you cancel but pay an admin fee. Which is normal.

I found the overall experience an easy one the person I spoke to on the phone was professional and courteous and explained it all in a simple way so I could understand everything plus the price was in my budget so I’d say if your thinking about it do it!

My wife and I decided that non attended funeraIs were the option for us. I bought my plan a while ago and we have now sorted hers.
Once the decision is made, the process with Pure Cremation is simple. All done on line.
The response from them is quick and easy to read. There are no awkward discussions and no arguements. It's pre paid, and family are aware.
Wife now has £200 worth of M&S vouchers to spend.......at least she won't need to buy an outfit for my funeral!

I was so impressed at how easy it was to set up and pay for my prepaid funeral plan. The key reason for my taking out a plan, was how supportive and professional everyone was when I took out plans for my lovely dad, and Stepmum, who sadly passed away.
