Bradley who I spoke to on more than one occasion, was very patient, explained everything that I needed to know, and made the whole experience a lot less daunting and even made me laugh, helping put me at ease.

Excellent service provided by Paolo, he did not rush us in making decisions. Had a first phone call about the company and a follow up email with everything we needed to know. Easy to contact, helpful staff member who explained in detail without pressurising. The plan makes things easier when the time comes and offers peace of mind for myself or my wife. The cost is comparative to other such plans and was easily arranged.
