Disappointed
I had problems getting entry to the gym at approximately 9.30 am on a week day I pressed the button Times for assistance the manager turned around at all three times aware of my presence but still taking to somebody else . She completely ignored me so went home . She was very rude and unhelpful . As a direct consequence I have cancelled my membership and gone elsewhere

Should be close and owner prosecuted. Lot’s of kids from 14 years old coming to gym, no one controlling anything. Very unsafe place.Disgusting behaviour from management

very overcrowded and seems to be unlimited members. On top of it being extremely busy they have classes on in the main gym area which takes up more space .

Nice gym with lots of equipment
Nice gym with lots of equipment. No long waiting. I really like it that you can access it anytime. We went for spin class and even though I was ridiculous, the trainer was awesome.

Parking fine at the Aylesbury Pure Gym…
Parking fine at the Aylesbury Pure Gym site in the Aylesbury Park Shopping area. After writing a review with regard to receiving a number of parking tickets, costing me nearly £200, for legitimately parking and following the requisite procedures: my appeals failed despite providing evidence of my attendance at the gym. I today received a further parking charge notice of £60, this will be my 5th in 3 months. Following my first review on this subject Pure Gym replied stating that they had no affiliation with Group Nexus (the company that runs the car park). I find this extraordinary, how can Pure Gym Aylesbury offer 3 hours free parking (instead of the 2 hours free parking) without an agreement? I have not been able to get a response to this. They also stated that I should contact member services to obtain an parking fine appeals document, which I did with regard to my latest fine, and I just received an automatic response essentially stating I should appeal the fine: no response in respect of my I request for a parking fine appeals document substantiating my attendance a the gym. Member services are shamefully inadequate when being asked for information out of the standard nature, you just cannot speak to anyone. They are just as helpless when it comes to providing any information outside of the membership category. I am left with no choice but to suspend my membership: point of note, i know of others who have left Aylesbury Pure Gym for the same reason.

Well the best thing is you can use any gym in your price band. The not so goood things are lack of equipment and the gym is constantly hot the Aylesbury one.

Rude staff
I was liking the gym, until I had a bad experience. The staff was found extremely rude for the activity Burn. I arrived 4 mins late, they had just started warm up. I was ridiculed in front of everyone. He said I’m not having 60 people. It’s not my fault he had 60 people or the system allowed this many people. The area was jam packed. I was booked into the activity. Could have spoken politely and respectfully if he had already started, still there could be some leeway, if not at least behave professionally, kindly and respectfully. Rude, unprofessional and unkind.

Another badly maintained gym.
Was desperate for a few sessions this week due to working away from home, got a three day pass for the week.
Absolute shambles the same as all other pure gyms. Disrespectful gym users who act like they still live with their mothers Levi f their shit everywhere.
People too busy texting on the machines than actually working out.
Boys running around like 15 year olds in school in the changing rooms.
Broccoli headed teenagers and lads in their early 20s taking photos in the male toilets while men are changing.
Overall 0/10.
Once this weeks passes are used I will absolutely not be using these gyms again.
