Saturdays Visit
All the rowing machines were fixed. I was able to use all the equipment I needed, even though it was busy. Very clean and tidy

Felt bullied by the LBT teacher
I took a class and felt singled out by the teacher as I was struggling to keep up. They made sure to let me know and so when I tried to push myself to do more instead of pace myself I fainted. The teacher then looked at me, said I was fine and told me not to work so hard if it was going to make me faint, after loudly calling me out for not keeping up minutes prior. I haven't been back since as I'm pretty traumatized

The staff did not know how to talk to…
The staff did not know how to talk to its clients the janitor was rude and told me she didn’t care that I lost my card(I simply asked her if she saw it and she said she threw it away because she didn’t care) although I understand I should take care of my belongings is that any way to talk to a client who has been going to this gym for years very disappointed,the toilets are also rank , sink smells like sulfer and eggs, weights are always scattered everywhere, studio is always taken up , always changing monthly prices higher , machines always broken and so on I only still go to this gym because me and my friends go together and it’s closest to my house . Fix UP

Same old same old
Same old same old. Messy as he'll on my arrival, cleaned up Nd tidy by the time I leave. And the drinks machine which is part of my membership fee has been out of action for days now, why do I still have to pay for it?

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

I like to be able to use the gym at any time but I feel there should be a check done on how many lockers are locked with peoples locks buy there not in the gym also the showers seem to need cleaning regular or more to cope with how.much there used

Excellent facility
The facility is always clean and tidy. There is plenty of equipment to cater for 100 + people to be visiting at once.

Clean and well stocked with different…
Clean and well stocked with different equipment, they supply tissue and antibacterial gel and spray to clean the equipment and your hands, the music is a bit rubbish but you can't complain, I have headphones so I can tune out.
Few broken lockers but the facilities are clean and have hairdryer and plugs for your straighteners so was pleasantly surprised.
The toilets are clean and smell nice, the showers are a fixed head and I don't like those so I use the disabled shower so I can remove the head for better rinsing.
Overall I would recommend PureGym to everyone (I am a larger lady so I'm fussy) it's clean and has lots going on in order to tone up and lose weight.

Why advertise a class and then cancel…
Why advertise a class and then cancel with 5 mins to go. I appreciate that if numbers are low then you cancel. But that decision should be taken long before I travel to the gym. You penalise me of if don’t cancel within 4 hours. So why don’t you follow the same rule ??
