It's a lovely gym, all the staff are friendly and helpful, there's a nice atmosphere and I've never felt uncomfortable, all equipment is clean and well maintained

I have been going to the one in Bitterne Southampton for many years and the last couple of years I've noticed how hot it is in there. Speaking a few other users they agreed that they aren't turning on the A.C. stop with the trying to save money and turn it on. Considering how hot it's been recently it's actually cooler outside!!! Maybe time to look at the J.D. sports gym just around the corner

Just love the place. Love the classes, love the staff (especially Suzanne who is awesome!) and making a new circle of friends.

I've been going to PureGym for a while now, and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness. The classes are brilliant and a great way to mix up my weekly workouts. I always leave feeling like I've worked hard.

The biggest reason I enjoy coming back is the staff. They're friendly, approachable, and always encouraging. They know how to push you to give that little bit extra, but they also make you feel comfortable and supported, whatever your fitness level.

The atmosphere is really welcoming, and it's a place where you feel motivated to keep improving. If you're thinking about joining a gym with great classes and an amazing team, I'd definitely recommend PureGym. Five stars from me!

Great gym but every summer it’s so hard to workout as they have such poor air conditioning. I’ve written to pure gym about this as I’ve been a member over 5 years now and every year they roll out rented blowers that don’t keep the gym cool but Pure gym didn’t respond to me so I’m now leaving.

Great classes and members. The team and manager are very friendly and supportive.

Good range of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym area is kept clean and tidy. Well done.One comment I would make though is the blocking of equipment by those people who think that the gym equipment is really a chair to enable them to scroll on their mobile phones. No problem if they are using the equipment but 9 times out of 10 they are just using the equipment as a seat! This behaviour is very frustrating and annoying.

The reasons is had a nutrition class today with Anth he was really good took time explaining stuff as years since been to gym great deal has changed loads of good information. But also was very nice in attitude and friendly. But also all staff are nice at Hartlepool gym. Right down to the lad that’s the clean very friendly. Thank you Tony.

The gyms are generally equipped and the online service seems reliable. The classes are challenging but fun.
