Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We ask that members return their weights after use, to ensure that the gym remains and safe and tidy environment for our members. However we know that at busier times, weights are not always returned and our team complete regular re-sets of the gym. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating for our members, and it is included within our Gym Rules that members should return weights after use. Anybody witnessed leaving equipment out of place will be spoken to by our Gym Team. If you have any specific concerns relating to this matter, please speak with a member of the gym team where they will be able to assist further. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. We fully understand the importance of a safe and clean gym and this will be dealt with. Easy sign up experience
Easy sign up, although being forced into a direct debit for future payments is a pain. I prefer to be in control of my payments by paying them myself when needed. Maybe taking future payments from my card would be a better option.

Members can cancel their memberships at any time by cancelling your direct debit agreement or logging into your Members Area and starting the cancellation process there. More information on our cancellation process can be found on our Help Centre online!

Good gym.
It was a very laid back space. I didn't feel like people were judging you.
Also the amount of equipment was good, there were lots of choices. Now I did go at 9pm so that could've been a reason for the availability.
It is smaller than some gyms I have been in though so I think at rush period it may be a bit hectic but I don't know that for a fact.

Joining hassle free
Joining online was easy but it would be good to see someone that works for Puregym while I'm there. Getting out of the doors is difficult as there's no specific exit sign.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
With your individual 8 digit code you can use this to both enter and exit through the PODs.

Needs more bar collars, benchs and racks. Showers would be good also. Slightly below average experience but i only ever use PG if im desperate

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Signed up for one day pass at Bouxher Road, Belfast. PIN number would not work despite repeated efforts, and was left standing helplessly at the entrance. Button to speak to a member of staff either not working or no one answered, again tried numerous times. Tried ringing PureGym phone number - needn't have bothered, automated message saying just refer to online help centre which was useless in the circumstances. Left feeling frustrated and embarrassed and won't be back.
