Didn't inform about buddy program well enough, I am a new immigrant and thought I would have the same access only to find out that I could only go four times

All the info regarding our buddy membership options can be found here : https://www.puregym.com/membership-options/bolt-ons/buddy-access/ - That advises :
"Bring a guest 4 times a month by adding this as a bolt on to your membership or by upgrading to Plus. Guests can even take part in classes!"
We hope this clears up any confusion.

The gym was great
The gym was great, easy machines which were clean and well kept. Liked the workout area which felt spacious and friendly atmosphere. The only reason I dropped a star was the changing area and toilets need a bit of update and care. They were small and smelt like they were not clean.

Great reception and initial greeting. Superb gym session from Estelle. Big group in the spin class this morning, but all seemed very appreciative of the way the class was lead and we were all very motivated by the effort Estelle made for us all.

You are not a 24/7 gym
You are not a 24/7 gym. No notices up of opening and closing times this morning over Christmas - all lights on - could’nt get in - door locked. 🤷♂️

We gave all of our staff 1 day off for the year on Christmas Day to enjoy the day with their family and friends. Majority of our gyms re-opened on Boxing Day. Posters were placed in all gyms advertising the hours at least 1 week before so members were aware of this.

The gym itself is good but got some problems:
1) there are always problems with hot water in shower and usually it takes two months to fix it.
2) not enough equipment
3) price for membership goes up every 6 months
4) water machine for PLUS customers not working properly

Worth it 👌

Excellent for the price
Excellent for the price. Lot's of equipment and very clean. The staff are really friendly and always happy to answer any questions. The app has loads of information and it is even possible to see how busy the gym is. I felt really nervous joining the gym but I definitely didn't need to. The only slight niggle I have is that it is so noisy when there is a class on and the speakers seem to be on full blast. I am however totally impressed by how many free classes there are available! Really pleased I joined.
