I very much enjoy the experience of Puregym. Not just the classes or the gym generally, but the camaraderie and encouragement offered between the staff and clients.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

It’s refreshing to have a nice gym…
It’s refreshing to have a nice gym where the staff are friendly but the amount of equipment and classes are available for everyone. I love going here the classes are my absolute favourite

The air con is never on making it…
The air con is never on making it uncomfortable to stay for longer periods of time. Also too many staff not doing anything making it feel intimidating them just standing around watching people.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
