For sure I've never seen a well equipped gym like with a soft helpful gym attendant. Just know I liked everything at pure gym.

This is a brilliant gym, so friendly, so inclusive, timetable is varied and loads of different classes, coaches know their stuff, encourage everyone to go that bit further, mental and physical health improves. Well done to all the staff and gym members.

It’s okay not exiting
It’s okay not exiting, even the locks are paid for the lockers and I was told that the fees is very low but when i joined it was too much and I was also told that there is no joining fee but i had to pay that also.

First time at puregym and had a good experience all around , equipment was easy to use and clean with plenty of information regarding set up and use. I had a machine that I couldnt get to turn on and a staff member was straight over to help me .over all good experience...

Awful Place
Absolutely shocking gym. First and last time attending, I know it’s a busy gym and expected as much but as soon as you walk in the door the place is so overstimulating. Random machines here there and everywhere, no proper dedicated sections for specific things. The music was so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself think nevermind trying to listen to your own music through earphones, couldn’t hear it over the music in the building itself. It can’t even be deemed as organised chaos, it was simply mayhem. Not my type of gym at all and I’ll be returning to my usual gym which I was reluctant to re-attend after a previous experience. Anything would be better than pure gym

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please do feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets.
Regarding the point raised on the music, we would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. We want to create a lively atmosphere and this often involves music that gets our ready to smash an intense workout! Thanks, PureGym
Awful Customer Service
Good luck trying to find help.
My app randomly told me to restart my membership when I didn't even cancel it. Had 0 communication from them and only found out after I had drove to gym.
No help on their website, just FAQ's. Sent them an email asking why this has happened and that I wish to resolve this. I get back an AI / robot email saying "We think you want to cancel your membership, here's how to do it." Worst customer service I've experienced in years. No option to talk to a human.
Actual gym itself is okay hence the 2 stars.

A Spin Masterclass
Andrew Sherdain’s spin class is exceptional. If you're looking to learn how to teach spin, his sessions are a masterclass in engaging with participants, selecting motivating music, and delivering a workout that balances low impact (on the knees) with high intensity. His classes cater to all ages and fitness levels, making them accessible for everyone. Andrew is thorough, approachable, and creates an inclusive environment. His class is definitely worth the early wake-up – you leave feeling energized and accomplished!

Best gym around
It’s just a great gym, have been in many of the gym’s that have popped up over the years in Derry,many now closed but they don’t come close to pure gym.
