Shutting a 24hour gym is the most…
Shutting a 24hour gym is the most ridiculous thing I have every heard off, people with mental health issues this time of year is always at it’s highest and use the gym to help but you guys close it, so why leave it open unmanned after 8pm and weekends.

We gave all of our staff 1 day off for the year on Christmas Day to enjoy the day with their family and friends. Majority of our gyms re-opened on Boxing Day. Posters were placed in all gyms advertising the hours at least 1 week before so members were aware of this.

I like the morning classes
I like the morning classes, they set me up for the day. That was the main reason I swapped gyns. I my opinion the only classes that I feel they are missing is 'combat' and spinning. Although they are not provide that's not a deal break for me and I'll continue to use Puregym.

Great facilities
Great facilities, ample car park, no 5 stars as there is no cleaning station like the one in Ashford.

PureGym prides itself on being able to offer state of the art fitness facilities to our members in a safe and welcoming environment. We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. We’re proud to say that many of the protocols implemented during lockdown, such as frequent and regular cleaning, and improvements to our air ventilation systems, will continue to be a core part of our TrainSafe Commitment.
