Disappointed
I’ve been a member of this gym for about four years and have always appreciated the quality of the equipment. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the male changing rooms has declined significantly. Out of the seven showers available, two look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time—there are brown stains on the shower bases and the walls look neglected to the point where I feel uncomfortable even touching them. The floor in the main changing area also appears not to have been mopped for quite some time.
It’s really disappointing to see basic hygiene standards being ignored, especially in a place where cleanliness is essential. I’ve enjoyed this gym for years, but given the state of the facilities, I’m now considering switching to another gym.

I cancelled my membership after two…
I cancelled my membership after two visits. Half of the equipment I needed wasn't there. Complete lack of a vibe too. I was dreading going in. I found a different gym and to that place I can't wait to get to each time.

Joining fees are applied to cover the initial administration costs associated with setting up a new membership and direct debit agreement.
A joining fee would be applicable in these circumstances unless there is an active promotion available.

It’s a good gym
It’s a good gym, the layout could be improved and it would be better if we had some better machines and more benches. A mag grip would be great for lat pulldowns and I think there’s too many leg machines and cardio machines

All the staff and managers they are doing amazing job for the Pure Gym I love going there to do my workout or to do a class .They are very helpful for any workout you wanna try and always there for you to listen I'm glad I met those lovely people :)

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
Air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym
