Loved the class, Glen has a fab vibe and great mix of training to cover the whole body - it's so busy, everyone really enjoys this class! x

The gym is good when unstaffed. I do try to go when the staff leave, which is at 10pm. I'm abit sickened that when staffed, there can be men that work there in the womens toilets. I get that there is the sign that generally says male attendants could be in the toilets. But there needs to be more privacy, such as individual cubicles for changing with doors you can close. Or a clear bright temporary sign when you walk in to say men are in the changing rooms like in other places. There needs to be a screen that protects you when someone just walks in. Today I turned around in the changing room to a old man who works there just glaring at me. He mustve been doing something in the toilets. But I didnt know he was in the changing room and I couldve been naked. It was a f'cking shock and weird. Why did he feel the need to look at me as he was leaving aswell. How many times does this happen daily to women. I am really worried that his has happened before and that they have seen me with no clothes on because its extremely quick for people to just walk in and out within a few seconds and you don't know if it was a man. Are male staff enjoying this added extra of being a pervert in this job? I'm on a waiting list for another 24 hour gym so I can get out of here.

I am from the US traveling to the UK visiting my daughter. I bought a 7 day pass through the US app because the UK app would not recognize my phone number or postal code. I didn't realize nor was there any signage that PureGym UK does not recognize or honor PureGym US memberships. I explained this to the attendant but he was unhelpful. Guess I should have read their reviews in the first place before paying for the subscription

Great value for money

It’s a good gym and they have been making internal improvements recently so that the space can be used more effectively. I enjoy going here and it’s super convenient.

Excellent customer service from the Member Services team. They took the time to understand my concerns, communicated clearly throughout and resolved the issue fairly and professionally. A special thank you to Cheri for her patience, kindness and efficiency. I’m very grateful for all her help.

The gym is well maintained, facilities are always spotless and Dave and Red are very conscientious manager's making sure that every members needs are catered for, I've tried a few gyms and Cannock orbital PureGym is one of the best...

I have been using PureGym now for about a year. Recently I have been having PT sessions with Maggie, which have been great and really built my confidence in the gym. Maggie makes me push myself which I wouldn’t do on my own. Maggie has a lot of knowledge in the gym and with nutrition. I really look forward to my PT session each week.

Been going to this gym for the past 2/3 years. Amazing atmosphere. Clean, friendly PTs. And good machines. Few more machines would be better but regardless very good gym

Very happy with gym this happy. Able to use all the equipment.

The equipment is new and varied. The PTs and managers are very friendly and the classes are great.
The music through the classes is fab: a special shout out to Sonny, Curtis and Bella. All the PTs encourage you to do your best. I always come away from the gym feeling great.

Standards in decline/ toilet rolls on the floor- toilet roll dispensers damaged for months-a year/ gents toilet poor and unhealthy air ventilation/ hand wash basin stinks ran and urinals are appalling. Must say that members play a big factor- on standards that are heavily damaged by a group of members but still management don’t do anything about it. So I’m not longer attending there

Good gym great friendly knowledgeable staff. Really good classes. Although I wish there were more 45 minute classes. My only issue. That aside, the Brentford gym is excellent

I’ve been a member of PureGym Enfield for quite some time, and I can honestly say the gym has never looked better. Since Jeff took over as manager, it’s noticeably cleaner, tidier, and much better organised, making it a great place to train.

The whole team is always friendly, approachable, and happy to help. A special thank you to Jeff, Ian, Andre, Malik and the rest of the team for all your hard work and dedication. Your efforts really make a difference and are genuinely appreciated.

I love coming to this gym(mornings Only !!) but what the heck is going on with the air-con ?
Its so hot in there. I overheard a PT telling her client that it wasn't working properly. Is this true? If so you should at least warn people ! especially last week during the heat wave. Please get this sorted asap. It must be a breach of health and safety rules.
