At sebbys core class, one of the best classes for core, also he is very knowledgeable when you ask him a question,he is very easy to talk too and always has a smile, which puts you at ease, he is got to be one of your best personal trainers.

Staff was very friendly
Staff was very friendly. Had a nice introduction to the facility, which has great equipment and is very clean (both the gym and the lockers/shower area). The Strength class I took kicked my a**. I'll be back.

Best gym youll find in town!!!
I am coming in this gym 5days a week for the last year. I would totally recommend!
The equipment is very safe and the whole gym is organised!
The most important, the team. Such a bunch of good people!
All of them are just so kind and polite. I cant name a person that isnt just amazing! Theyve always been there to support and help. I have a pt on the gym but sometimes while chatting to other staff members i ask them questions about health and tracking and all. They answer and they helped massively even though they could say your pt would know.
I love this place so much!
Ps, just attended Johns class. The guy is just crazy! Whole different energy!

This Gym is well positioned snd near my home. It is very well managed. Manager has good attention to detail. I have noted all staff make a real effort to know acknowledge and talk in a friendly way to members. This is something laking in other Edinburgh gyms .

Expensive for size and quality of gym
Expensive for size and quality of gym. Plus very limited staff available. No one came to the door when the button for assistance was pressed...several times.
My main complaint is that I am a Pure Gym member. My app shows that i have Quartermile access, plus i was charged the same as a non menmber rather than the difference between my member day rate allowance and that for this gym.
A bit of a rip of - since i was effectively penalised for being a member already, by charing a non member day rate.

The gym has great equipment, lockers and showers. Is never too busy, and they have good quality classes. Maybe the classes lack some variety

Touched by Puregym service
When I visited Puregym Edinburgh Quarter mile and wanted to use 3 day pass, payment system problem by some internet connection issue occurred, so one manager there helped me to get through this but it didn't work despite every efforts there with him in the end. As a result, he gave me free access to the gym at the cost of the payment system issue and I was impressed by his kind and careful attitude. I'd like to use Puregym next time by paying all due amount. Thank you Puregym!
