No air con
Plenty of equipment to choose from & always availability but the place needs air conditioning to be put on or a regular blast of fresh air going through the place. I've lost count of the amount of times if the air conditioning can be put on. Shame really

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

Gym is great
Gym is great, but they need a hip thrust machine, can’t do hip thrusts when there’s a class on as there’s no space

Best gym for miles!
Super friendly and helpful staff, the classes are a great environment to train, fun and well managed. For the price you pay, this gym is above expectations and I’d recommend others to join. Also Sammie (AGM) brings an amazing energy to the gym and especially to classes such as Sweat & Bootcamp! Get involved!!

I'm afraid we do not call members to ask why they have not been to the Gym. This is down to the member as to whether or not they attend.
If for any reason a member can not attend, they have the option to freeze for up to 3 months or fully cancel. To find out options available, members can speak with Member Services who will be happy to assist further.

The showers are boiling hot
The showers are boiling hot. Cold water therapy is much more beneficial so the option (temperature gauge) would be nice. You also have zero boxing equipment.

I joined pure gym in December 2021,I…
I joined pure gym in December 2021,I wanted something that was on my work area doorstep, somewhere I can just pop in when I have an easy day ,pure gym fits the bill very well.I aim to train at least twice a week and sometimes three times, obviously at certain times it gets busy,but normally between 12 and 3 it's pretty quiet.
The beauty of our gym is that you do your own thing,the staff are there if you need advice about certain machine functions,but all in all your left to your own devices to get on with your goal.
After 27 visits I feel sooo much better in myself.
My aim is to condition myself to be stronger to cope with my work,( flooring contractor), it's working great and I can see differences in my physical appearance already.
Well done pure gym in creating a modern hassle free experience.

Pump is chaos!
Love how clean the gym is, the variety of equipment and the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Only rated 3 stars due to the chaos that unfolds with every pump class. With all of the equipment needed for the class, everyone is fighting for space! A reduction of the class size or to mark out the floor could create a safer and more enjoyable experience for this class.

Good value for money but wish people using the gym would wipe down after use if equipment & put things back in the tight place.
