Missing Punch bag
Been at many of them . Always clean , grate space with lots of equipment . Massive down site is no punch bag ( bags ) don't know any other gym with no Puch bag at lest one .

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

Pure Gym Evesham
Joining Pure Gym was easy to set up. Logging in to the app was straightforward.
The Pure Gym in Evesham is spacious and well laid out. Has plenty of equipment as you would expect. Have been going early morning and app QR code entry and exit works fine.
There is paper and paper towels for cleaning used kit but not enough hand gel around to use.
Overall feels calm and inclusive. Not gone at busy time so not sure how crowded it gets at peak, although as it’s a large space so I’m sure it would be ok.

The atmosphere in the gym is always…
The atmosphere in the gym is always very friendly, I've met there very lovely people who are happy to help, engage or give advice. All members of staff are also friendly and happy to help out or encourage if some anxiety kicks in or just need a bit guidance. The machines are easy to use as the describtion is easy to follow. I love the app as well - it offers you extra bits of info which is so encouraging in exercising when you don't know what to do. Gym is always nice and clean. Classes are fun! I feel more confident and free to go there as it is safe, friendly place with wifi.

Good gym
The staff are helpful. The gym is clean and very well equipped. I felt very comfortable there.

PureGym - very unsympathetic
Unfortunately I had to cancel a class very last minute due to a family member passing away that morning. I was then sent an email threatening to ban me from classes. Although I understand you have to give enough notice so others can book on, I find in these circumstances it’s completely unreasonable and insensitive. Pure gym could at least give customers the opportunity to give their reasons to cancelling. To be honest, being banned from classes is the least of my concerns but it is the principle of it all.

Clean and tidy
Haven’t been for a couple of weeks due to work commitments but as always the gym is clean and tidy with plenty of machines.

Great gym
Lots of equipment, clean and having lots of cleaning stations. I have space so that helps when it is busier! Staff are very friendly and will help you out when needed.
