We're afraid we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets. If you have any specific concerns relating to these matters, please reach out to the Gym Manager where they will be happy to assist further. Thanks, PureGym

Fantastic friendly well equipped gym
The atmosphere is very friendly and so are the staff. The equipment is clean and always in working order. The exercise classes are varied with all the instructors being extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around. A great gym all in all.

Clean, well maintained and friendly gym.
Clean, friendly relaxed gym with well ordered and maintained equipment. Very accessible and adaptations are made for people with disabilities. The gym caters for all members of the community. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A Gym for everyone.
Being able to use different equipment. And seeing others who you wouldn’t normally see in a gym environment, that you wouldn’t think would use a gym. It’s brought a lot of people into puregym, and it’s good to see the variety and how much progress it’s made when it first opened in 2023 when I first joined. It’s definitely been a huge help.

Doing everything right friendly staff…helpful information
Doing everything right friendly staff very clean just missing like I said needs a sauna or steam room somewhere to relax and cool down more showers 🚿 and chairs to sit on and get changed thanks

We don't have pools/saunas etc. as standard in our gyms as our focus is on providing quality fitness equipment while keeping costs affordable for all members.

Stop over booking classes
Stop over booking classes, there is not enough space in the studio for the number of available spaces to book! Sort it out!

I Really enjoyed my first time at pure…
I Really enjoyed my first time at pure Gym after I got over my nerves about going in for the first time Lots off machines to use I had a walk around and looked at how the machines worked had a go on the cross trainer and that went well at a steady pace looking forward to going back 💪
