We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can and they will be happy to discuss this further. Thanks, PureGym

Broken machine not repaired promptly
Puregym doesn't repair broken machines promptly. Puregym gravesend has only 2 precor advanced motion trainers (amt). For the past 2 months one of them has been faulty. I reported it 2 months ago to Gym staff and nothing was done. I reported again a month later by emailing the manager, and a month later still has not been fixed. I know this a budget Gym ,but at least have the machines fully operation for the money we pay each month. How long will it actually take puregym to fix thus machine, could be years.

Nice and clean with a good variety of equipment. Because the gym is unmanned, I wonder what would happen in an emergency? Also, there is nothing to stop a complete novice from hurting themselves through lack of technique/Knowledge.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym during staffed hours, alongside a 24/7 CCTV team.
Within the Gym Rules we ensure that all members need to seek assistance prior to using any equipment they are unsure of.
In the meantime we do hope you enjoy your time with us! Thanks, PureGym

Ambient and atmosphere of gym is so good at gravesend.
It’s out of the context but when u see everyone in shape..u push yourself.
And no doubt the reason behind that is our pure gym trainer and management who maintaining and managing it so beautifully.
I haven’t attended but for sure can say that your burnout sessions are amazing.
Only thing is internet can say not up to the pure gym standard.
Almost everything I love at our pure gym😊👊

It was my first day working out at the…
It was my first day working out at the gym and the staffs were pleasant , the gym was neat with enough equipment. I joined a legs bum and tums class hosted by Adesanya and I enjoyed the class he’s a good instructor and really motivated the class all through the workout . I’m looking forward to more classes and achieving my workout goals .
