I froze my account after waiting for months to have the abductor machine repaired. Not very good because of delaying to repair the machine.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Good price and everything you need
Lots of equipment and space to work out. You can always tell when Dave is on shift as everything is all clean and tidy - not so much when he’s not around.

Coming here has improved my mental health massively! I feel so much more confident. Everyone is friendly and non-judgmental. Plenty of space and machines to use, my only issue is sometimes when there’s classes on I can’t use the private bit with the mirror to do some of work outs like hip thrusts

Equipment Usage
Friendly staff. However, unfortunately a lot of equipment is frequently taken up by youngsters sitting on their phones whilst not using the apparatus. (This is not merely resting in between reps etc.) This is extremely off putting to those of us that are time limited.

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment I would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.

Good work out but you need to offer…
Good work out but you need to offer long standing members free flavoured water and better times for some classes like lunch time or early afternoon

For the price I can’t fault PureGym…
For the price I can’t fault PureGym Grimsby. Currently had a refit which is improved the gym. Staff once again I can’t fault very helpful. Very friendly

Does me
I think that pure gym is excellent value. After my first visit I was shocked to see how little equipment they had. It wasn't until my second visit that I discovered a "hidden" door that revealed the upstairs and all the gear I required. Since then a bit disappointed at the amount of time faulty equipment is left unrepaired. Not a major problem for me as I either go on something else or their are duplicates.

My sister and I have a personal trainer…
My sister and I have a personal trainer (Liam) every Monday and every week he changes our set so we are never bored and we are already noticing a difference in our health , shape and our weight.
I would recommend anyone starting out to take up Liam as a personal trainer we’d be lost without him, thanks Liam

Environment is good. Some additional equipment needed as in rush time it is difficult to get chance for excersice.

Not enough weight plates, the equipment needs cleaning the long bars are sticky constantly also the showers are disgusting

First time going today and the trainer (I think it was Matthew?) Gave me the induction, very friendly and made to feel welcome as was anxious about going, the other staff seem helpful and made sure to check how I was getting on, my only issue is the fan filters on the treadmills could do with a clean, other than that it was a good experience, clean and tidy throughout
