H Heath - Bumper plates and barbells specifically for olympic weightlifting but tell users off when they drop said bars???

Automatically siding with Gym karens instead of being impartial.
Had a karen apparently using treadmill AND sled at the same time when it wasn't a class, and complained because I replaced one of the 25kg plates on her sled with a 20kg + 5kg?

I love the gym
I love the gym! The trainers are all great, there’s loads of equipment and the facilities are always clean. Love the variety of classes and it’s such good value for money. Would highly recommend

Great gym, fantastic classes, and brilliant PT support
We’ve been members at PureGym Haywards Heath for little while now and really appreciate the welcoming and friendly atmosphere the staff create. It’s a busy gym at times, which is to be expected, but there’s always plenty of equipment so we never feel restricted.
A big highlight for us has been the classes led by Noel and his team — they’re motivating, varied, and always delivered with great energy. We also really enjoy our weekly PT sessions with Luke; he’s supportive, knowledgeable, and has helped us push ourselves further than we thought possible.
It’s a well-run gym with a positive community feel, and we’re very glad to be part of it.

Good gym, friendly, with plenty of cardio and weight bearing machines. My only bugbear is that you currently don't appear to offer a junior/student membership. Trying to speak to an actual person is proving difficult!

It is evident that a more proactive approach is required on your part. In light of the ongoing flu season, how challenging is it to ensure proper sanitation? The provision of a broken spray alongside a standard toilet roll is, frankly, unacceptable. No one is making use of it. Members are paying a minimum of £27 every four weeks, yet basic amenities such as proper tissues or sanitised alternatives are glaringly absent.
Moreover, certain patrons—who seem to be restaurant workers—arrive with strong odours and leave sweat stains on the equipment. This issue deserves attention to maintain the gym’s hygiene and comfort standards.
As for the individual tasked with hoovering, kindly provide them with a functional and efficient vacuum. It appears their original equipment is no longer in working order, and the replacement provided is subpar, failing to perform adequately. Treat your staff with the respect they deserve.
Regarding wall touch-ups, it’s clear that the handyman engaged for this task was less than meticulous. You have the original paint tint number on record; it is simply a matter of using it to ensure consistent results.
Lastly, it is quite disheartening to witness employees, including the manager, using barbells and dropping them with such force that it echoes throughout the premises. You have displayed a sign instructing members not to drop equipment as it could cause damage, yet it seems the manager has not been informed of this policy. Perhaps a gentle reminder is in order?

Registration process is straight forward. Puregym App looks easy to use and explains procedure for accessing the gym and classes. Also good for monitoring progress.

great large set of equipment and good hours however the temperature is way too high for a gym and the leg extension machine is uncomfortable.

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. I don’t understand why paper towels are not provided for cleaning machines down. The reusable cloths are unhygienic. The paper could be recycled.
