Hitchin PureGym
I have been coming to this gym for a number of years. As a middle-aged lady, it can be quite intimidating in a gym environment, yet I never feel that in Hitchin. Always feel welcome, nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always happy to assist. Good classes. No complaints.

The gym is good for what it is
The gym is good for what it is, but unfortunately way to small for the amount of people that use it. The equipment inst enough, treadmill facing the walls. Showers are cold always, the roof leaks when raining on you while working out. I honestly suggest they look for a new location, I suggested this a few times but get told the gym reflects the size of the town, if thats the case its definitely to small. Other then that great atmosphere

I've just met Nadine in the Hitchin…
I've just met Nadine in the Hitchin Gym. What a lovely lady! I'm 63 years old with MS and other bits & pieces going on, but she was so helpful & understanding that I signed up straight away! I will definitely recommend this PureGym to all my family and friends!

Great class, great atmosphere
I booked a class for the first time in over a month and the instructor on the class was friendly and chatty. She demonstrated the exercises we had to do, and make sure we were all able to complete them. If we were struggling she would provide us with a different exercise to complete and didn't make us feel bad that we were struggling. Definitely book another class.

PureGym is accessible 24 hours a day.Most of the equipment is good industrial quality. Most places are very clean. The clientele are decent and the price is reasonable.

Paid for a monthly plan
Paid for a monthly plan, paid first instalment with card then setup monthly debits, only not to get a joining email. Then had to do a 12month plan for it to work

Best gym in the area
Best gym in the area! Staff are the best and everyone is welcoming, friendly and kind. The gym has everything you need equipment wise but the fun, positive and welcoming atmosphere is what makes it.

I signed up for the 3 day pass for FREE…
I signed up for the 3 day pass for FREE and when I arrived to the gym in hitchin my code didn’t work and the worker told me that I booked stevenage and the worker said she can’t let me in because hitchin is more expensive and I checked on the website and they were both £10 for a day pass and the price shouldn’t matter anyway as I was able to access the gym for 3 days for FREE and even a cleaner inside the gym said to me that if I am able to get in for free then it doesn’t matter. Equipment was poor especially the leg press couldn’t get any depth whatsoever!
