Keen Runner Outside, but not in the Autumn & Winter
It was so easy to join, that's what I wanted, simple as that.
Since joining I've been going 2 or 3 times a week. I plan to use PureGym over the Autumn & Winter Months. I'm a keen runner I'm not keen on running on the current state of our pathways in Ipswich during these seasonal periods.
This is one of the reasons for me to have joined PureGym, I don't want to injure myself and I won't do that by using the Gym.

The process in joining is very impersonal. Difficult to ask simple questions even through chat as automated. Staff friendly when present. Gym has to close because cameras were not working and the staff wouldn't work.
Some popular equipment is in short supply compared to other gyms.

Ideal Gym for me
Gym convenient to my location. I really have to wait to use apparatus. The temperature is perfect for me. The environment is friendly and clean. The staff are engaged and seem happy to me.

I loved the price for a 3 day pass
I loved the price for a 3 day pass, which was so convenient for my short visit to Ipswich. The space, modernity, and quality of the equipment were great. I also appreciated the fact that there was no loud irritating music blaring out. The only minor issue I had was accessing the QR code on the app that allows you to enter and exit the facility. Making it more obvious where to locate it would be useful. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will definitely return next time I'm back in Ipswich.

Bad smells and save on A.C being on
Pure gym Ipswich, always roasting in there and stinks of B.O every time.
Changing rooms and the lack of hygiene is noticeable again by the smell.

Gym was clean and tidy with plenty of…
Gym was clean and tidy with plenty of DBs to use, plenty of attachments, once I located them!
Wasn't to busy. Machines well maintained and people seemed friendly. No staff members on, but guess they don't work weekends.
Was unsure how to get through the main door, maybe a sign to say use pin code. Toilets clean but had the most pungent smell both times I went in there for the locker, t-shirt over mouth and nose bad. Not sure if it's a blocked drain or someones upset tummy! On a whole a good visit.
